Call or send a WhatsApp message to 86060 29762. Anidev answers between 9 am and 6 pm.

You can also email woundclinic@amicusclinic.in.

You do not need a letter from another doctor. If you have one, please bring it.

Is this number for emergencies?

No. This number is for appointments and questions.

In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital, or call 108 for an ambulance. You can also call 112.

When should I see a doctor?

Can I send a photo of my wound?

Yes, by WhatsApp to 86060 29762, if it helps us understand your problem before you come.

• Send the photo only of the wound. Do not include your face.
• Take it in daylight, from a little distance, so we can see the whole area.
• Write the patient's name and age with the photo.
• A photo cannot replace an examination. We will usually ask you to come and see the doctor.
• If the problem is getting worse quickly, do not wait for a reply. See the emergency advice above.

What should I bring to my first visit?

• Your previous medical records and discharge summaries
• Test reports and scans
• All the medicines you take, or a list of them
• If you have diabetes, your recent sugar readings
• Your insurance details, if you have insurance

Can I talk to the doctor on the phone first?

You can call to discuss your problem. But the first consultation is best done in person, so the doctor can examine you properly.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your medical information and photos are only used for your care.
